About Returns
Return Period
Please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- The return period has expired.
- A return request has not been submitted.
(please contact us via email before returning the item) - The product has been altered outside our company.
(e.g., hemmed, repaired, etc.) - The product has been used or washed.
- Missing or damaged accessories such as strings or belts.
- The product has been damaged or stained while in the customer’s possession.
- Sale items.
- The product has an odor.
- Foreign substances are attached.
(e.g., pet hair, lint, dust, etc.) - Repeated excessive exchanges or returns.
- If we determine that the purchase was for resale purposes.
- The product was purchased or acquired through fraudulent means
(including cases where we determine it as fraudulent) - Requesting the return or exchange of 5 or more items at the same time.
- Returns or exchanges due to price changes.
※ Since you are paying the purchase price at the time of order, we do not charge or refund the difference if the price changes after purchase. - Returns due to personal reasons, such as:

- 1. Size or Fit Issues
- The item was larger/smaller than expected.
- The item didn't fit well after trying it on.
- The length was too short/long compared to what I expected.
- 2. Color & Design Differences
- The color looked different from the photos.
- The design was not what I expected.
- The material felt different from what I anticipated.
- 3. Comparing with Other Products
- I found a better item at another store.
- The item went on sale, so I want to return it and repurchase at a lower price.
- 4. Temporary Purchases
- I bought it for an event or photoshoot and want to return it after use.
- I ordered multiple items to try them on and want to return the ones I don’t need.
- 5. Budget or Payment Issues
- I made an impulse purchase, but now I can't afford it.
- I changed my mind after seeing my billing statement.
- 1. Size or Fit Issues
- Other cases where we determine that exchange/return is not appropriate.
Returns Due to Our Mistake
If the item significantly differs from its description in terms of size, design, or color, we will take appropriate action.
We will communicate via email regarding the details of the correction, refund, etc.
The cost of returning the item to us will be covered by the customer, while the shipping cost from Japan back to the customer will be covered by us.
Return Fees & Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.
- We will cover the shipping cost when sending the replacement item from Japan to the customer.
Refund Method
- Once we receive the item, we will review the return reason and send a refund notification via email within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.
Exchange Policy
Since all items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not possible.
Return Process
- Contact us via email with the subject "Return Request", including your reason for returning.
- We will review your request and provide return approval & return address.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item, we will send an email regarding the refund.
- Refund processing.
